Three layers of French Valrhona chocolate cake are filled with a layer of silky Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache and Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream. Each layer is flooded with house-made salted caramel and our homemade all-butter shortbread cookies. Our cake is then frosted with our signature dark fudge frosting and topped with even more salted caramel and more homemade shortbread cookies.
